Today I had to do what I didn't feel like doing. It took me some twenty minutes to get myself to do it, but as it often turns out, the job took much less time that I had thought, less than twenty minutes. It was doing the dishes after cooking and finishing a meal.
In short, the time needed to make up my mind to do it was longer than that needed to perform it. This may be a bad way to waste time. Of course, there are good ways of wasting time, for it can be a lot of fun and relieve me of a great amount of stress.
