2016/10/16 A sprain

When I was a high school student, I I had my left ankle sprained. It was just before the activity of the tennis club started, so I pretended not to have injured my ankle and went on to take part in it. This is why my left ankle is still weak so that I have to lean on my right. It makes my right leg shorter than the other.

To improve this, the other day I began to train my left leg. But it only made things worse. My left ankle have got weaker by the fatigue and I have to lean more on the right. What am I to do?
