2017/07/01 Disputes (part1)

Yesterday I wrote an article in which I make an objection to another article written by an English teacher in Japan. His blog teems with good and informative posts but sometimes there are ones where the author exhibits a unique opinion about English grammar without citing any books or articles. They are so idiosyncratic that I cannot help regarding them not only as untenable but also as venomous. That's how I wrote the article yesterday by citing some books in favor of what I wanted to say.

It seems that the author read it right after it was published. However, he hasn't carried out any modifications to his original article. All he seems to have done is to unsubscribe to my blog. Why the hell do we Japanese hate being criticized?
