There is a Japanese philosopher who I respect. He said he looked up to Leibniz. He said Leibniz was versatile. He is said to have invented calculus, he had produced a great number of philosophical works, he was an advisor of the emperor and he is said to have mastered Latin in a week. I cannot look at his life without awe. These legends gave me a stimulus to look over his biography. To survey how a great person lived their lives and to live as they lived gives one self-confident, whether or not one is able to achieve as much. It should be worthwhile to follow an example of a great man who another great man respects. At least he is worth giving a try. I will share on this blog some interesting aspects of his life that are considered to be of value to you.
